Yes. The Free plan watches one supplier and sends a weekly summary email. Reading the public history page of any supplier, and the free bulk check of up to five suppliers, need no account at all.

How does the Starter trial work?

Starter is free for 14 days without a credit card. You watch up to 10 suppliers, get an email the day a change is found, and can download the FSVP evaluation PDF for each. When the trial ends the account returns to the Free plan unless you choose a paid plan.

How is billing handled and can I cancel?

Paid plans are billed through PayPal, monthly or yearly, and can be cancelled from the billing page. A cancelled plan keeps working until the paid period ends.

How much do I save by paying yearly?

Yearly billing costs ten times the monthly price, so two months are free: Starter is $290 a year instead of $348, Pro $790 instead of $948, and Team $1990 instead of $2388.

What counts as a watched supplier?

One supplier page you chose to watch, identified by its FDA Establishment Identifier (FEI). Each plant has its own FEI, so a company with several plants uses one watch per plant. The supplier limit of each plan is the number of watches.

Does SupplierRadar replace my FSVP?

No. It does the FDA compliance-history step of the supplier evaluation: it tells you when a supplier's public FDA record changes and gives you a dated PDF for your file. The importer still writes the evaluation and makes the decision, as 21 CFR 1.505 requires.
